Our 4-week live workshop series for teens and young adults who:

- Struggle with anxiety and overthinking

- Are highly self-critical

- Avoid challenges or emotions

- Feel lost or unmotivated

- Struggle with identity and self-acceptance

This workshop series will help them to:

- Handle stress and anxiety with greater confidence

- Quieten their inner critic by breaking free from negative self-talk

- Stop procrastinating and start taking action

- Understand what drives them by identifying core values

- Get clear on the direction they want to move towards
